Value Stream Mapping Workshop
Helping you to see how value is created throughout the entire organisation. The workshop creates a current state value stream map. The map visualises waste, unnecessary variation and overburden in your processes. A future state value stream map is generated that yields a levelled flow of work reducing waiting time and inefficiencies. An implementation plan shows the necessary steps to improve the current state and bring about the future state. The workshop also makes transparent how Scrum and lean concepts can create synergies and be used in harmony.
