Online Product Management Training Courses
Interactive Online Training
Roman’s online product management courses are live and engaging. He teaches his online classes via a videoconferencing tool like Skype and Google Hangouts. No pre-recorded videos are used; all teaching is live. The participants complete homework assignments, which Roman reviews. This creates a deep learning experience similar to an onsite class but with less impact on the attendee’s work.
Please note that Roman offers online training only for product people from the same company, ranging from six to 12 attendees. If you are interested in public or individual training, then please take a look at Roman’s public classes.
Roman's Online Product Strategy and Roadmap Course
Roman’s online product strategy and roadmap course covers the same contents as his in-class course. The online version consists of four live, two-hour sessions taught across four to six weeks using a videoconferencing tool like Skype, Google Hangouts, or join.me. In addition to the two-hour lessons, the attendees complete offline exercises, which Roman reviews.
The attendees are asked to attend the online lessons together in the same room. This encourages participation and facilitates group discussion. The minimum number of attendees is six and and the maximum is 12. The participants should have an understanding of core product management concepts and should have worked in a product role, for example, as a product manager or product owner.
Director of Educational Strategy at Robomatter
I recently took Roman’s online course after completing his book Strategize. It was a great course that provided relevant examples in addition to the frameworks covered in the book. I would highly advise both new product managers at startups as well as seasoned product managers in large businesses to take this course

Roman delivered an excellent training day for us. He brings a simplified clarity to ideas on Product Management which belies the depth of thought and power behind them. His goal orientated model has changed the way our team approach our planning, and we can see some of the principles being adopted by other teams too.

Roman is great in explaining complex and fairly abstract topics in such a way that it is totally relevant to the specific needs and questions of his audience. Also, Roman has a wealth of real-life experiences and examples to illustrate the points that he makes.
