Bespoke Online Training
Roman’s online product management training provides the same content as his classroom-based courses using live online lessons and student homework. All teaching is live and interactive using a videoconferencing tool like Skype, Google Hangouts, and join.me. No pre-recorded videos are used.
Roman’s online courses create a deep learning experience similar to an onsite class but with less impact on the attendee’s work, without the need to travel, and with the benefit of being able to immediately apply the learning to real-world products.
Please note that each online training course is taught for one company. Roman does not offer public online training at present.
Roman's Online Product Strategy and Roadmap Course
Roman’s online product strategy and roadmap course covers the same contents as his in-class course. The online version consists of four live, two-hour sessions taught across four to six weeks using a videoconferencing tool like Skype, Google Hangouts, or join.me. In addition to the two-hour lessons, the attendees complete offline exercises, which Roman reviews.
The attendees are asked to attend the online lessons together in the same room. This encourages participation and facilitates group discussion. The minimum number of attendees is six and and the maximum is 12. The participants should have an understanding of core product management concepts and should have worked in a product role, for example, as a product manager or product owner.
