Who we are
Roman Pichler works as an independent consultant, trainer and coach. He helps organisations to embrace Lean Thinking and Scrum. He has practiced Scrum as a ScrumMaster, development manager and coach. Roman is a Certified Scrum Trainer and Certified Scrum Practitioner.

Roman’s clients value his rich and diverse experience in Lean and Scrum ranging from embedded to enterprise Scrum projects and from helping start-ups as well as large global companies applying lean principles and Scrum. Roman played a key part in introducing Scrum at Siemens where he coached the company's first agile project.

Roman is a regular speaker at international conferences. He is the author of the book "Scrum - Agiles Projektmanagement erfolgreich einsetzen". He speaks English and German.
